One of the most important parts of tending to our nervous systems and weeding out distractions to make room for growth is cultivating our intentionality.

I’ve suspected for a few years now that the overabundance of writing that I do for work via “content creation” has severely impacted my relationship to my creative writing and my poetry.

To be quite honest, it’s become a huge source of grief and even some shame for me recently. Maybe you can relate? Maybe you’re also sensing that your relationship to pleasure and creativity has suffered under the weight of Being Extremely Online?

If so, I’d love to share with you some recent curiosities and explorations that have helped me develop better digital hygiene, and offer some assistance in the form of habits and practices that have become deeply nourishing to me these days. 🖤
